• Learning about the evolution of the relationship between "high" and popular culture from its beginnings in the Weimar classic time to the present day.
• Learning about the basic theories of popular culture and cultural industry (Adorno, Benjamin, Williams, Baudrillard, Jameson, Bourdieu ...) and, on selected cases, coping with various forms of cultural intervention and using literary content in secondary media (transitions to film, comics, music, digital media).
• Critical reflection of the advantages and disadvantages of the new medium.
